Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We love this question because it goes to the heart of what we do. We are not licensed real estate agents and we are NOT trying to find houses to list. We are looking for houses to buy.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We have to look at many factors in order to give you a proper offer. We do not just offer the same amount for every house in each neighborhood like some companies do. We understand that your house probably has different characteristics than even the houses next to it.

Of course, we look at the location of the house. What neighborhood is it in? And what condition is your house currently in? Does it need $50,000 in repairs or just cleaning and painting? What are comparable houses selling for near your place?

After looking at factors like those, we will quickly present you with a fair offer. We will explain exactly how we came up with our offer. And we’ll answer any questions you have about our offer, selling your house, or about the closing process. We are real estate buying professionals, and we’re glad to share our process with you.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
